REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
NOTE: No return or exchange on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
REFUND LIMITATION:
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, refunds are limited to the product value only. Any original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
We operate a strict 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT: Once your return request has been approved, the item must be dispatched (shipped) within the same 14-day period from the delivery date. Returns shipped after this timeframe will not be accepted.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn and unused (no odours, perfume, or makeup marks)
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• In perfect resale condition
Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to you at your cost.
Please note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments, minor imperfections such as loose threads, slight embellishment movement, or small finishing variations are normal and expected. These do not constitute a fault and do not qualify for a return.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Please email us at salenmore@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your request is approved:
• You will be responsible for return postage costs
• We do not provide prepaid return labels
• We will provide full return instructions, including the return address
Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING DEADLINE
Once return instructions have been provided, you must ensure the item is shipped within the 14-day return window. Proof of postage with a valid timestamp will be required. Failure to ship within this timeframe will result in the return being refused.
UNDELIVERED ORDERS (DELIVERY ATTEMPTED)
If your parcel is marked as undelivered due to a failed delivery attempt (for example: no answer, incorrect address provided, or failure to collect from a pickup point), we will investigate the reason with the courier.
If the parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, you may request a refund. However, the following will be deducted from your refund:
• The original delivery cost
• Any return-to-sender fees charged by the courier
Once the parcel is returned to us and inspected, your refund will be issued minus the deductions listed above.
Important: If tracking shows that delivery was attempted and the customer did not respond or collect, this is not considered a courier error.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Customers must inspect items within 48 hours of delivery and report any faults or issues with clear photo or video evidence. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Gift cards
REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved, a refund or store credit will be issued. Refunds are applied to your original payment method.
NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES
Please note that payment processing fees charged by payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) are non-refundable. If you return an item for any reason not related to a fault or error on our part, these processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
Examples include:
• Changed your mind
• Ordered wrong size or colour
• Unwanted item
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you will receive a full refund including processing fees and postage, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Important: Items returned with signs of wear, odour, damage, or missing tags will not be refunded and may be returned to you or disposed of for hygiene reasons.
EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
For EU customers: You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original condition.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
If your order qualified for free shipping, a £3.99 deduction will be applied to your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
