1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. We always work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
2. Delivery Times
UK Mainland:
• Standard: 2–5 business days
• Express: 1–2 business days
International:
Estimated 7–15 business days depending on destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, customs, strikes, etc.).
3. Delivery Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
Free Mainland UK Shipping may apply during promotional periods.
4. UK Remote Area Surcharge
Free shipping applies to Mainland UK. Certain postcodes may incur extra courier charges, including (but not limited to):
BT, GY, JE, IM, HS, ZE, KW, IV, PA, PH, AB, DD, FK, KA, KY, TR21-TR25
If a surcharge applies, we will contact you before dispatch.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed or sent via SMS (if provided).
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Salenmore is not liable for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us, a re-delivery fee will apply.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
Please allow 10 business days (UK) or 20 business days (International) before reporting a delay. We will investigate with the courier.
Refunds or replacements are issued only after the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
8. International Customs & Fees
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
Salenmore is not responsible for customs delays, fees, or returned parcels due to unpaid charges.
9. Changes to Orders
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please check all details carefully before checkout.
